Not reliable. It seems like he overbooks a lot and uses the rain as an excuse. There were two days that it did not rain that my lawn could have been cut.

I’m sorry that you feel like the rain doesn’t cause problems for your yard and my equipment. I don’t cut grass the next day after rain. The grass is still wet and the ground is soft. I have tried it before listening to customers like you. Then they complain after their yard doesn’t look how they want it to. Clumps of grass left everywhere, mud all in the yard. And I simply don’t want those issues. Plus you only want to pay $23 or less which is lower than every grass cutting Bussiness in the city... I provide great quality service that cost more than $23. Good luck.
