There is a fence with a combination lock. We will need to get that info for you. We also have a pool in the back yard so we would like to be sure there isn't a bunch of yard waste left to clean out.

No pets. Fence gate is 8ft wide. To open gate reach over and pull string at top of the gate.

The lawn is small in the front and on the sides, the backyard is small to medium.
