3 stars because William did my yard for a few months then suddenly stopped showing up. He did not return emails or calls to set up a next appointment so I had to move on to a different company. See review below for what the service was originally like though: William was fantastic. He was very responsive and followed up on contacting me to answer questions. He also let me know when my yard was complete and provided additional info that I requested for ongoing yard maintenance. And he sent photos of my completed yard. I highly recommend William.

You need a small mower for this yard. There is a space between a carport and garage that only a 42" or smaller mower will work on. Very little yard to mow but lots of weed eating around junk.
