He seemed very knowledgable over the phone, but could not provide me basic information such as the fees for additional services and treatments, despite me asking multiple times. He stood me up on multiple occasions. Said he would come on a certain day or time, then no call no showered. Is not responsive over text. Ultimately, he lost my trust, so I’m moving on.
