The lawn is fairly small and there is no fence so it’s easily accessible. We have railroad ties to block vehicles from running over our septic, but it should be a fairly mow.

Backyard is fenced, but beyond the fence line needs to be mowed too. The grass is similar to a mullet, in the sense that it's shorter in the front & longer in the back. The backyard has a decline/hill that is to maneuver with a push mower.

Lawn mowing includes my side of the walkway behind the fence. I want my bougainvillea to keep growing as tall as possible without interruption to block out my neighbors, but the sides can be cleaned up. I want to have a fairytale look around the arbor with them.

Would be looking for lawn mow every other week. Occasional shrug upkeep. Fert as needed

I have pictures of the yard if you can provide an estimate. Just need the grass cut. If you do a good job I’ll probably continue to use you when I need it done again

Prefer weekend mows so we can make sure we leave the gate unlocked for you and our dogs are inside and doggy doors are locked for your convenience.

Gate on side of house allows for regular riding mower to go through.

I'm mid divorce and just found out my husband has let my yard go and I need it cut as soon as possible. I also need tree trimming, and the back yard needs an overhaul.

We just need the lawn around the house cleared because we're getting fire ants in the house and pest control can't get rid of them unless the yard stays under control.
