Did not want to handle business through the app and wanted to charge more than what was advertised on the app. When winter hit, cadence was reduced to once a month per average maintenance. Did not even wait the 2 weeks and stated it was over 10” and twice as much would be charged along with 3 - 4 more weeks before getting grass down to regular length. It is still not overgrown. The last visit, a lawn bulb was broken and watched the worker airblow the broken glass throughout the yard rather than clean up the broken glass. Poor communication and poor service. Will never use again.
