Rather disappointed. I was very impressed with the price and initial feedback from the mower but then 5 days past the mow date with no service and zero communication. Sent text asking for any information as to when they were coming with no response so I ended up canceling. Upsetting because all the while my lawn is getting more unmanageable because I waited.
