Perimeter of home has lava rock, I would also like any leaves blown out of the rock perimeter. Any remaining leaves in the back yard raked up. Small property, ready to hire.

Really small front yard, with three shrubs to mow around, and a small strip on the side of the driveway that also needs to be cut. Smallish back yard with garden beds that mowing needsu to be navigated around

Front is very low grass the back is small but somewhat overgrown. We do have dogs but they only use the back for pooping and would like any poop cleaned up before mowing. they will be indoors for the mowing.

Corner lot so has front, side and back yard.

It is a 1/3 acre yard. I prefer someone with a tractor mower. The area is gated but not locked to the front or back. It is an airbnb property and there are cameras around it. There will be guests staying depending on the day.

Fence opens on the right side to get to the backyard, in case I’m not home. And the cat is usually inside during the day.

Been a few weeks since I’ve mowed, the front isn’t bad but the back has grown pretty high. Been out of town and long hours at work. Would like the lawn cut then hopefully keep a recurring lawn mowing schedule!

Only looking for front yard now. There is an exposed wire on the right side of the yard. Not sure what it’s for. I do need more yard help in the back potentially next week.
