The yard was mowed recently, but hasn't been weed eaten recently.

Property is 0.33 acres, w/ 3200 sq ft house. No fence. Just moved into house and don't have any way to cut it. Depending on quote, I'd consider regular service. For right now, I just need it cut ASAP or homeowners assc. will throw a fit.
