There is a picket fence with a opening no more than 38 inches wide A big ride mower will not fit past it. We had to fire our last people because they forced a mower through and broke our gate. We have a wrap around yard.

There are 3 different types of grass. Zoysia is in the main front yard. St. Augustine in the front swale area. Then in the back yard there is a mix of zoysia and clover. The back yard is somewhat mucky towards the very back edge.

Yard has fencing on all four sides but no gate. Also in the front yard, there is an old water pump and tree stump. So watch out for those.
