Joe never showed. They text me 4 days AFTER I paid, telling me to cancel at 10pm. I login the next day to cancel, they've posted a picture of another yard stating they mowed my yard and its complete... My card has been billed, now I'm left to sort it out. Completely unacceptable!!!! I reached out to Joe, and they refuse to make it right as of yet.
