Backyard Grass Cutting near Historic Old Northeast

My lawn was cut on Sunday, August 18. I received a text on Tuesday, August 20 saying that the service will now be on Fridays versus the weekend. Friday, August 23 came and went, no lawn service. Saturday, August 24 I received an email and text indicating that you cancelled the weekly cut because "I checked it doesn't need to be cut." It’s summertime in Florida and you’re telling me that my lawn does not need to be cut this week?! Especially after all of the rain?! Clearly you didn't check it because the lawn NEEDS to be cut! I need a reliable lawn service. I hired your company on August 8 and it took only 17 days to show that you are not a reliable lawn service. I have cancelled my account.

So the service contractor was very polite when we initially spoke but there were large limbs in my yard that were in the property when I moved in. He asked if I wanted them removed I told him no the rental company had someone coming to do it. To which he then replied that he had already done the removal and quoted me an additional 70 dollars which I didn't have. I paid him what extra I could then told him I would catch the rest up on the next mow. We'll no one came to mow the following week. Then I tried texting him about the service and got no answer. So I called when I called he picked up when we spoke he said I told him I didn't want to pay. I reminded him that wasn't the conversation we had via txt and that after I told him I would catch it up he said ok. Then during the call he hung up and txt me that someone would be there to mow. Then later that night canceled service woth the reason he no longer does service in the area. A service was completed then offered without my consent with an extra 70 dollar uncharge. To which I agreed to pay I just could not all at once.
