Jeremy and his team are fantastic. His original bid came with a personal message, and when I booked and texted him to confirm, his responses were prompt, friendly, understanding, and detailed. After the last person I booked failed to either show up or even respond once to my texts, Jeremy's communication was SO appreciated. When he says his focus is customer service, he means it! Our lawn was super overgrown from over a month of neglect (long story), but in just 2 hours, my kids were able to get back to running around the back yard like nothing had happened. The complaint we hear from most people is that the landscapers they’ve used are unreliable. Our number one priority is customer service. You won’t find an easier company to work with. We show up when we say we’ll be there, and we’re always available for questions or concerns.

There are a lot of landscaping companies out there. There’s even more “landscapers” out there. Make sure you’re hiring a legitimate business that’s insured. If not you could be set up for a disaster.
