I can't speak to any service, but I can say I find it very frustrating to have had 2 service dates cancelled without cause or reason until I reached out to ask what the problem was. I know my lawn was a bit tall, but if they drive by to see that, why couldn't they have mentioned it and/or contacted me to discuss it.
