Mayer's Landscaping

Mayer Assolin has been mowing lawns since high school. During his summers, he would work for larger landscaping companies but always had an itch to do it full time. This serial entrepreneur owned his own body shop and gym before officially starting Mayer's Landscaping in 2016.

He grew up in Spring, Tx, but currently lives in Kingwood and has been a full time resident there since 2001. "The area is clean, the people are wonderful, and you can't ask for better weather here," Assolin says. "My family and I look forward to serving the community for many many years."

Assolin and his crew mow lawns in Atascocita, Texas, Humble, Huffman, Eastgate, Porter, Westfield, Harmason, and even cuts yards in Spring, Texas. Mayer is one of the preferred vendors in the Kingwood Community and also the Walden neighborhood in Atoscacita.

Mayer's Landscaping services over 50 residential properties and also has some commercial properties that they keep maintained.

Assolin credits his work and his clear communication as a reason for his rapid growth. "If we do good work, people will like you and be more trusting with your property," he says. "Also, when you are honest with your customers and let them know what you can do and what you are not able to do, they will never go anywhere else when it comes to lawn care. Clear communications and expectation are things we do really well. We are not perfect but we strive to be more perfect every day."

Mayer and his crew not only handle your regular lawn maintenance needs but also can tackle your mulching, flower beds, tree canopy's, fertilization program, low level tree trimming, shrub and bush trimming, sodding, aerating, leaf removal, and landscaping design.

Having an economics background, Mayer never intended to be in the landscaping business full-time. "I knew that I loved mowing and being outside but didn’t think it would be my profession," Assolin laughs. "Looks like it has worked out perfectly for me."

Mayer is an avid golfer and loves to hit the links whenever he gets the time. He also enjoys staying in shape and does cross fit every morning.

He also love spending time with his family--especially his grandchildren. Mayer has two children and two grandchildren with a third on the way. Mongolian cousine is his go-to when it comes to cooking and enjoys being in the kitchen.

Assolin was a standout dual athlete at Westfield High School in Houston. He played football and baseball there.
