We have some shrubs in the front that need trimming and a massive amount of weeds that begin on the neighbors property but have overtaken our fence

Portable fencing to open for indoor dog, no big deal, just put back in place after mowing backyard, please don't run your mower over red tile sidewalk in front of the house, it's old and cracks easily. Also, in the side yard there is a wire turtle and ceramic statue that act as grave markers.
