Gate between houses accessible, back gate not accessible from alley. Ideally I would prefer mowing every 10 days during the summer and 2 weeks in fall.

This is a small 5 unit condo complex. The building is an L shape and has small grass area in front of the Roger and Wyoming. Please only cut the front of Roger (3 units) and Wyoming (2 units). DO NOT CUT THE PAD AREA OFF THE ALLEY AS WE DO NOT OWN THAT.

There is one gate on the south side of the building giving access to the back yard, and another gate on the south side of the garage giving access from the alley. The front and back yards themselves are rather small.

Small front yard and back. To access back yard there is a gate. Gate is unlocked but be mindful that tenant has two large dogs. Make sure they are not out prior to opening gate. Dogs would only be out if tenant is home.

Please mow by the car port that is part of our back lawn as well! Please send detailed picture as well. Thank you!

Front and backyard. The metal stub in the front yard on the right side is the marker where my yard stops which includes all the way to the back. The family that lived here before me put a gate on the right side of the house in backyard which is not the true marker where my yard stops.

Full 8' gate to the backyard. There is a portion of the property behind the back fence that backs up to a commonground that I am responsible for (7' x 40'). This area might require a push mower since it is on a small hill.

Nothing special, gate is double. Current yard guy had to quit due to injury. Yard really needs mow
