The yard is small so it won't take much time

There are two lots side by side of each other. One has a house sitting on it and the other is to the left of the house.

My brother-in-law lives here but I will be paying you. The first time you visit you may need to trim some bushes. I expect to pay more the first time.

Need to mow front and back yard. Access to the back yard is from the side of the house near trash cans. Grass will need to be cut from the street curb to the sidewalk as well.

New tree in the yard please try to avoid mowing the dirt around the tree. There are spouts coming out from gutters please avoid mowing them.

Steep driveway and automatic gate to backyard requires someone present with remote. I would also like weeds taken care of and shrubs cut.

LANDSCAPING NEEDED AND CLEANUP TOO

Small lawn area with picnic tables behind our business. Would need mowing, some weed trimming, light edging, etc. About the same size/workload of a residential front yard.

Need flower beds and next to driveway cleaned out. Also looking to get yard fertilized.

Don't really need any trim work, just a good mowing, especially the back. It's about a half acre.

There is a small tree down in the back yard but the yard line does not end at the tree... it extends past the tree and insize the small gate... I am a new resident and also not a fan of the pine straw, it can be minimized around the trees

Some holes in back yard dug from crazy dogs. May be a random toy or two from time to time. Backyard is pretty big and has some bamboo growing that can be cut down...it also hasn't been cut in at least two months.

Home is a duplex, only responsible for half the lawn.

i want to find someone who will also, eventually, be able to help with other plants, filling in our lawn where it's lumpy, etc. If this isn't the right place to find a more full-service person/company, please let me know now. We do not have much lawn!!
