Yes they were prompt but didn’t do a good job. I explained it to them very well. That since was winter the grass wasn’t long and that In some areas wasn’t even any grass. And because of that I explained to them to flowed and bagged some leaves that my son left behind the day before because got dark and my son couldn’t see that well. And I needed to make the yard looks good for the rentals. These guys said ok that they could do that. The area I’m talking about it’s on the left side of the front yard. Before I left I noticed that their blower wasn’t working. And I’m guessing maybe that’s why they couldn’t finished glowing the leaves from the left side of the yard and the driveway. I don’t know what really happened. Thru also left some areas without mowing. I did sent them a text message with pictures to show them. They just ignored my message and charged me for the service. Which I think it’s not fear they charging me for a service that wasn’t done well! Why should I pay for a service that wasn’t provided well??
