I talked to the customer about it. The wrong address was listed on the account! So I showed up to the address on the account and someone was outside cutting the grass and said a Chan smith didn’t live there and they didn’t need their grass cut. So it was not possible for me to cut sorry for the misunderstanding.

Raised the price by $15 the DAY he was to mow it again after TWO weeks had passed since he last mowed. Very unprofessional and unappreciated.

I made a rate adjustment and the customer agreed to it then got upset about it. I told the customer they didn’t have to pay more if they didn’t want to and that they could cancel and another company would automatically bid on her yard. The customer stated they still wanted it done and I could finish the season. Then this is what they did and even told me thank you for letting them know in advance about the price increase but that they were going to leave a bad review because I raised the price. I was hoping after I did a good job on the yard they wouldn’t actually leave me a bad review. I take a lot or pride in my work and in my company. I refunded the extra $15 back to the customer. I apologize for any inconvenience
