Fence gate is wide enough for a regular riding mower. Back yard can certainly be done with a typical riding mower. However, front yard has some steep parts, which may make things trickier.

Just need the grass cut once a week, weed whacked every 2weeks. I have one sunflower in the backyard that doesn’t need to be touched.

Main gate = >10ft wide Side gate = ~46" wide The majority of the lawn is easily accessible through the main gate. The front area of the lawn can be accessed directly through the side gate, or by coming around from the back side opposite the driveway.

Attached home so front yard will be only the for Unit and then a small back yard too

Front and back is sloped. Part of backyard is fenced. Back yard is sloped and not accessable with a riding mower.

0.26 acre lot. New sod in the front. Seed in the back. New construction. Probably will need to be cut on the higher side to keep healthy. Believe the gate to the back is at least 4 ft.

Just a front yard and a back yard, the back yard is fenced in and I do live off Briley Parkway so there’s a small area on the side that is on a hill so it’s kind of steep.
