Just started working with Tim this year, and everything is going great! He’s done a wonderful job on our yard, and his communication is excellent. We’re booked out for the remainder of the season with him, and I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a lawn service.

The service provided was fine but the customer experience thereafter was not. Tim made it clear that he was displeased after I tried to adjust my mowing schedule. His words to me were “I don’t have time for the cheap customers.” I’m not doing business with Tim any longer.

Luke acted like I let greenpal run my company and he can change dates anytime he would like and I didn’t agree to it and he wasn’t happy with that either. I cut his place 1 time he canceled the nexted visit saying he was letting the little neighbor boy cut it and would add me back on to cut back on schedule when he starts backing out on the dates so he says I got pictures of how bad his place looked before me so just know this was another customer that didn’t get his way

Always keep in mind there are 1000 different company’s we however are not and will not be that company that is not here nexted year and the most important thing is we are insured witch is huge cause you as a homeowner don’t want to pay $ for a foolish mistake

In addition to front yard, there is a fenced back yard with a fire pit in one corner. Gates are unlocked. Double door gate at end of driveway should be large enough to get a riding mower through. Property line extends past fence by a few feet on left/right and 8-10 feet behind.
