$654 of damage to outside AC unit. They deny it, but the unit lost all freon and stopped working within an hour or so of them leaving the property. The repair man said the unit had obviously been moved or hit. The neighbor said they witnessed rockservices flip the entire unit on it's side on multiple occasions in order to get a riding lawn mower past the unit to the back yard. I had to drop their service due to the costly negligence and denial of responsibility. Pursuing reimbursement through the legal route now. They admittedly do NOT have business insurance to file any claims with.
