There is a gate on the right side of the house and also a larger gate in the alley. The yard is uneven and a trampoline is in the backyard. Other than that it's all clear.

Back yard is fenced, gate by the garage.

In process of a new fence. Currently it has been removed. Shrub pruning, weeds, and weed n feed as needed or up for discussion. This is not to be performed at each mow.

i must be notified when coming, i have one way into the back yard.

I have a lock on my gate, but it doesn't actually close anymore, it's just there to give the look of being locked.

No locked gates or pets outside. like the fence line to be clean.

I just moved into this house last week. I only need front and back yard mowed. Back gate is about 4' wide.

There is a fence in the back yard with two gates. There are sprinkler heads to look out for as well. The dog is indoor/outdoor but certainly can stay inside during the mow. She is a small dog and harmless.

My yard has not been cut in about a month. I do not expect a perfect looking yard. Small gate in back may block certain mowers. Just trying to have a presentable yard until regular services can begin.
