He had some unexpected situations that complicated the timing of the service. He apologized for the inconveniences and changed the scheduled, as well as offered some extra services as compensation. However, after two times of cancelling (to which I was understanding), on the third time he simply didn’t show up, and gave no notice/message or apology. He did seem to be enthusiastic and excited to get his company services thrive, but due to the lack of consistency, at the moment we would need someone more reliable.
