This is just the front patch of Grass between the sidewalk and the street.

My problem is it’s hard or you can’t get a riding mower in my backyard because of my AC unit is close to the fence may have to use a self-propelled more. That’s the problem. I know you commercial guys like to ride.

Service would be for mowing front/backyard - to get to back yard, enter through the gate just to the right of the house (it is never locked). Also potentially interested in some shrub pruning and cutting back of plants/maintenance.

I have a lawn only in the front yard. In the back I have a couple of shrubs and no grass.

We would like bi-weekly to keep the yard manageable. Would like the quoted $25 rate. If you are charging $27 I would need to have the leaves raked consistently as well.

I live in lamplighter on the river mobile home park which is not a gated community. I live in the last mobile home on the right hand side of the street & it's green. My property line is at the end of my driveway to the end of my shed, by the back of the water treatment, & 2 ft over on other side.

Left of house there’s a strip of grass, and to the right of the house, a square corner and weeds in the front of the house.

Fenced in back yard with a regular door. Okay to schedule me into regular rotation.
