If at all possible cut down the grass/weeds around garage and on the side of the house
There is a small gate through the front portion of the house where only push mower can get in. But a panel can be taken out from the back yard fence to get big mower.

Have a small tree growing into bushes in the front of house. Back yard there are trees so there are branches and leaves in spots.
