Eco Friendly Lawn Mowing near College Park
Kody did not cut entire lawn and doubled the price for what he did do. Kody's service was not as good as prior lawn service that I let go. No further service from Kody required.
Company did not show up on the day it notified me it would. Then I get two emails: one saying that the job was completed and the other saying the service was cancelled. Neither was accurate.
This Pro's Story
Kody Robinson has always enjoyed working with his hands. Having done masonry work all of his life, he has always had a knack for putting things together. When he moved to the Orlando area from Wisconsin a few years ago, he had to leave his masonry and landscaping businesses. After teaching masonry for a few months in the Windermere area, he knew that he wanted to get back into landscaping. Kody officially started Kody's Landscaping in 2015 and hasn’t looked back. Armed with a truck, trailer, and his equipment, Kody is determined to build his business in Florida like he has in Wisconsin.
Living near the University of Central Florida's campus, Kody wasn’t sold on the idea of moving to Florida but now says it's one of the best decisions he has ever made. "I came to Florida to play college football but after that didn’t work out, I decided to take a job and now love the area and the people," Robinson says. "The community has taken me in like one of their own."
Kody services most of the Orlando area but specifically mows lawns in Winter Garden, Florida, Windermere, Oveido, Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, Ocoee, Bay Hill, Lake Butler, and even cuts yards in Kissimmee, Florida.
While building his customer base in the Orlando area, Kody points to his customer service as his path to growth. "My work is clean, precise, and calculated. I like to survey the property before I even start mowing to make sure that I take into account any bumps, hazards, or debris in the yard." He adds, "I also love building relationships with my customers. We will never leave a property until it's been approved by the homeowner. If they see something wrong with our work the next day or something, we will always come back and make it right."
Kody's Landscaping is mainly geared towards your regular lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, blowing off all of the hard surfaces, shrub and bush trimming, spraying weeds, simple sprinkler repair, and low level tree trimming.
When Kody is not out serving his customers, he loves playing any and all sports. He especially loves football and looks forward to trying out for a few local semi-professional football teams in the Orlando area.
Kody also loves spending time with his girlfriend. Her Puerto Rican cooking keeps Kody full and happy. When they decide to have a night out, they love to frequent Longhorns and Buffalo Wild Wings on International Drive.

How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
Hello I’m Kody little bit about how I got started was starting a new chapter from moving down here to Florida from Wisconsin. I came to flordia because I knew there was competition that would acknowledge me to become better in my everyday work life. What makes me better then most landscape company’s would be the work ethics that are applied to every clients property. As well as reliability and most importantly not cutting the property when it doesn’t need it a lot of landscaping company’s say it’s just business and cut it anyways not me. My company works in all Deltona areas,Sanford, Apopka, winterpark, central flordia and surround areas. How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
What I like most about the industry is the money haha but no I definitely enjoy seeing the after results of how Amazing we clean up the property as a team and the complaments.

What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
I was 20 years old when I started I am 24 now still young and lot more to come but I have lots of energy I do what apt of landscapers don’t go the extra mile for my clients. I decided I get into landscaping because I was good at it. The guy I worked for owner his own company and said I was better then himself which shocked me and inspired me to try it out and now I have a company of 170 clients plus
