I'm on a corner lot so you might want to park on one of the streets (side or front). My car is currently at the back door but will be moved in the next week or so. You might have to cut around it if you can (I don't care if it gets grass on it)

There is about 2/3 of lawn in the front and back due to huge, old trees. Other than the exposed tree roots and dirt under each tree, the actual lawn size is about 2/3 actual grass in each part of the lawn. Other than that, it’s pretty straight forward.

Give me a heads up when your coming so I can get the dogs in, and stuff picked up. It's the first mow of the year, so it's a mess! I understand if the first cut will cost more than the other cuts. You don't have to whip all around the fence every time,
