Gate is 3 feet wide, but locked. If you notify me a day in advance, I can unlock the gate before I go to work.

Our yard isn’t big. Looks to be a mixture of grass and weeds. We rent and just moved in. We are interested in additional quotes for yard work like seeding the yard to have it be all grass and some pruning in the front yard.

There are 2 entrances to the back yard, will need to use the one on the right side of the house to get mower back there. Gate is unlocked. Need the both sides of the front yard mowed as well.
