Removing fallen limbs from the yard being serviced was never mentioned or included in the price. You asked me to move said branches to the street after I finished your yard. I politely explained to you I have a tight schedule and didn't have time on that day to move branches that were not on the original service request.

I’m not sure what happened, but there was no one that showed up to the requested address (**** **th Ave North TC, Tx *****) on neither 9/12 or 9/13. I had seen the message you left on greenpal.com and I have verified my address and all is correct!! I need to know if you are still interested in the job or not?? I have been in the lawn care and landscaping industry for over 7 years. I was inspired by the satisfaction of a good looking yard and a happy customer.

I feel my work stands out because I operate solo and take my time on each yard. I pride my work on my quality over quantity mind set. I treat every yard as if it were my own.

What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

My price may seem a little higher than others but I promise the customer total satisfaction and happiness or I'll make it right. You get what you pay for.

What do you like most about the lawn care industry?

No 2 yards are the same, it's a constant change in scenery and the possibilities are endless.
