When lawn was done, the service was fine. However, communication was not great. We had an issue where the provider mowed the wrong house. Honest mistake. I was charged anyway. When I brought this up to the provider, I was told “it’s on you”. Will not use this provider again.

Bait and switch. Beware. I was told I could sign up for $25ea for 2 cuts a month. Upon arrival I was informed that’s not possible it’s $100/ 3 cuts a month. I was told the prices he quotes are not legit but a method he uses to meet people and convert them off greenpal

The service provider mowed the wrong house. I messaged them asking for them to correct the issue. They responded and agreed to come back and mow. It has now been almost a week and they have not come back to mow. I have tried to dispute the transaction with GreenPal and have had no response from the app.
