The arrived extremely late 9:16 PM I sent a message requesting information on shrubs and flowerbeds and exactly how much he would charge I never received a response his demeanor when I called him that night when they were outside my sister's house after cutting the grass because they didn't leave right away which caused my sister to be nervous because she wasn't able to see why they were still outside at nearly 10 PM she couldn't get up herself to observe her house outside after just coming home from knee surgery, when he answered the phone to inquire why they were still outside her house the words that I heard let's just say wasn't professional. As a matter of fact I don't want them coming back anymore please I'm sure he will not not be disappointed thank you

We apologize since the street your property is on is a dead in we have to backup our trailer all the way down the street. In addition we were at the property longer because we were concerned that something was wrong because we had knocked on the door and rang the doorbell multiple times to let someone know there was a truck in the driveway with the lights on. It's unfortunate that you would rate us with 2 stars after you had rated us with 4 and 5 stars for the previous lawn mowing. Thanks again for the business and take care.
