Small lot. Need monkey grass cut in the front yard. Gate to get to the backyard, but will unlock. Need small strip behind carport done too. Weeding around perimeter.

I have a privacy and would like both front and back yard to be mowed.

We would like the front mowed and the back just needs some weed whacking done around the edges (we just moved in and grass is just starting to grow back there!).

The property is vacant. The driveway is blocked by tired and blocks to prevent the driveway from being used. The street is narrow and use of the driveway is permitted by the mower, but moving the tires and blocks would be required.

There is only a small gate to the backyard so it may require a push mower to make it through as a seated one may be to large.

House is a duplex, the back and front yards need cutting. There is a fence along the back & a little shed. There is no gate so it should be easy to get in. The shed is along the fence & shouldn’t be in the way. Thanks!

Our yard is not huge. We do have a fenced in backyard that is locked. We can remove the lock for easy entry when you are scheduled to arrive. You will have no problem getting the front and sides of the house. We would prefer if the grass be bagged rather than left behind.

my lawn is new. The front yard is sod and the back yard was a net with seed in it. It has not grown in fully - some parts didn't sprout. First, I am looking for a regular lawn service. Secondly, I will want someone to help with ongoing maintenance of beds

I just bought this house, so I’m still getting the lay of the land. There’s a larger gate in the back (I’m the alley) that’s riding mower could fit through, but it seems to be inoperable. There’s a walk-through gate from N 2nd. A push mower should fit.
