Hi Dexter, We appreciate you coming out to mow the lawn. Unfortunately, despite our reminders, the cable line was cut (leaving us without internet for two days) and the job wasn't completed due to equipment failure. Additionally, we did not see where you came out the following day to complete the job. As a result, we've decided to move forward with a different operator and will not require your services again.
