Marcos came the first time and did a good job. We arranged for him to service our lawn every Monday. The next week he was a no call no show. He finally returned our message later in the evening to say that he had jury duty (strange since court services have been modified due to COVID19). He came the next day. This week Monday the same thing. No call. No show. We called and got somebody who said he was coming but couldn't say approximately when. He never showed up. Tuesday still no call and no show. I called and left a message. No response. Later in the evening I sent a text requesting to know if I need to make other arrangements. He responded, by text, that the rain caused him to be backed up. I explained that I completely understand but I just need him to communicate with us so we know what to expect. I explained that we don't feed our dogs until he comes to avoid dog in the grass when he arrives. Wednesday, still no call no show. I finally called and spoke to him. He informed me that he wants to do a good job and so the rain puts him behind. I informed him that I love that but I just need some estimate, just a quick text or call to let me know he's not coming due to the weather so I can feed the dogs and let them go out and go back to rest since I was very sick. He became angry and said he doesn't have time to call me and leave a message and that he called me 3 times the day before. I explained that he should've left a voicemail message if he didn't get me because I'm sick and resting. He informed me that it's too much of a hassle for him to leave a message ora quick text because he's so busy and that I should find someone else and hung up. So, apparently he's not too busy to call repeatedly, but too busy to call one time and leave a brief message. And, because he did not cut my grass as scheduled it is now very high and I have to pay extra to get someone else to mow it on short notice with it overgrown. This man is rude and unprofessional. He believes he can show up whenever he wants and if you ask for the courtesy of basic communication, he gets offended and drops you. He left my lawn very high and left me stranded and paying extra for someone to do the job he didn't do. If I could give him zero stars I would. Stay away from him unless you don't care if someone shows up whenever they want and if you don't care about having someone communicate with you like a professional. I'm so disappointed. He was so impressive at first. Then his true colors showed after he was hired.
