Not a lot of grass to mow I need the area on both sides of the sidewalk cleaned up out front as well as the area by the garage.

Small front and backyard. Lawn hasn't been mowed in quite some time so for the first mow the grass will be high.

gate to the left of the house will be left ajar so you can access the backyard.

This is a duplex, only the yard on the garage side of the yard and in the front near garage area

Approx.3' 1/2 to 4' fence opening on rear -east side of house. Some areas are over 10", I will pay. Some palm leave and small branches need picking up. Thank you

I need the front yard mowed. Very small area. And the pool area need leaves picked up and weeds pulled and sprayed.

40inch gate, pool in back yard, would request not getting yard waste in pool if at all possible, understand if there is some.

Looking for someone to mow every 4 weeks, not much grass. Lawn not in great shape. I bought the house April 3 and it's only needed one mow because of the lack of grass. I'm rehabbing the house and will later re-do the yard & more service will be needed

Grass is only in front between sidewalk and street. Shrubs and trees need to be trimmed and tended.

Only half of back yard gets mowed. Grass area not ferns in the back. Please now path to shed.Grass is hig realize there may be an up charge.
