My gates in the back are locked. So the day of I will have them unlocked. The side gate will have the locked removed the back gate which leads to the ally will be unlocked but the lock will be on the bolt to prevent the gate from being open from the back.

I have had a great lawn guy for almost two years but his back is thrown out and he stopped doing lawns. My lawn is mostly dirt and does not take a lot of work to cut.

My back gate is a bit beat up and falling apart please be careful with the latch. Also please make sure you close the gate to my yard as my dog will wander out of the yard.

Small mowing area, mostly weeds in front and back, trimming around sidewalk and curb. Request mowing along outside of back fence and garage. I just would like it to look neat.

Large gate can be opened from the Inside. Dogs will be contained inside when I know you are coming

Just need the front yard mowed for now.

Gate enclosing the back/sides of house, will be unlocked. Back yard patio. We have parking spaces located in the back outside of the fence that has grass as well.

Approx 4500 sq ft of st Augustine I believe

My gate to the back yard is always locked as I have 2 dogs. But I plan to unlock the gate on the day the lawn service will happen. Additionally, please blow the cut grass and edge the driveway and sidewalk.

My gate is 31 panels and a gate. I can do my front and half of my backyard w my electric mower on one charge (40 min.) so it’s not a huge yard. Just don’t have time to cut it as my often i would like. P.s. I do like an edged front yard :) Thank you
