Front yard needs mowed badly. Back yard only needs weedeater for now. Mostly dirt in the back. Trying to get someone to come let sod

I'm hoping to secure the following first-time cleanup services and recurring lawn maintenance for front and back: First-time cleanup: 1) Clear leaves, sticks, pine cones. 2) Pull weeds (preferred) or weed whack (last resort). Mulch later maybe :)

Pedestrian gate sink really large mower. Also pool so would like clippings to not end up in pool. I do it want dirt showing between grass and bed. I want the grass to go right up to the rock edging.

most of the backyard is rocks as there is a pool and palm trees with some bushes against fence for privacy. There is an additional side yard that does not fully grow grass

The gate to the back yard is old, please be careful opening and closing it. Please make sure it is closed, if the latch does not work, just make sure it is closed.

Just the two ditches in front of the house is all. I would like the grass and weeds cut down low and the edge along the side walk edged.

We like the grass kept a little taller to build a nice strong root system which will weather the heat in the deep summer. We do have a dog, but she is mostly indoors. Once we pick a day, she will be kept inside on the day you plan to mow.

Lot is 50X110 but the house takes up most of that. Backyard is roughly 60X50, no idea on front yard dimensions. Backyard has a lot of plants to mow around, and we have a bee hive in the corner of the yard but they are friendly.

Lawn is about 3500 SF.

Back yard is only a small patch of grass because a pool takes up most of the space. Lot size is 6000 sqft but not a lot of grass.
