HFG canceled an appointment with me citing there was a COVID risk on their team. They canceled the following week as well, which I expected as they’d be under self-quarantine, but I noticed in the GreenPal email they cited that I, the customer, had canceled. I reached out to their team via text, inquiring as to why they would cite me being the one who canceled, and received no response. Last week, I canceled their appointment so I could have my lawn cut by a professional team, and this week, HFG canceled for the 3rd time, again citing that I had made the cancellation request. I have now canceled all my mowings with them and will never hire them again. Neither Adam nor Katy were responsive to contact requests to have this sorted civilly.

Your company also cancelled the appointment on us two weeks ago, meaning our grass has been almost 4 weeks without being cut. No information and very upset.
