A 20+ year Middle TN resident, Jason Pollard, attended Page High School and played rugby at Middle Tennessee State University. After college, he enlisted into the Marine Corps, serving his country for 14 years. His passion to succeed and developed leadership skills lead him to owning and operating his own business. While on active duty in 2012 he developed his business plan and jumped into the market, running his company on a part time basis for 2 years.

Transitioning out of the Corps in spring of 2014, Jason began full time operations and the rest is history. His company mows yards in Brentwood, Tennessee,  Spring Hill, Thompson Station, Franklin, Forest Hills, Oak Hill, and northern Murray County. He even cuts grass in Antioch, Tennessee.  He now services over 250 homeowners and has seen over 65% growth year over year. He also has commercial properties including Butterfly Meadows Bed & Breakfast, Spring Meadows Church of Christ, ProBuild of Franklin, Community Housing Partnership, and City of Franklin Properties.

When asked what separates him from other lawn professionals, he answered "Our quality of work and our professional staff." Pollard goes on to explain, "We make sure that all of our work is done with the highest quality, all of our staff are uniformed, and we are all seeking the same goal….keeping the customer happy."

When asked what drew you to this industry, Jason said "I love seeing instant results on finished projects and I enjoy continuing to provide a service for people. Now, I am serving a local community that I grew up in and that is what I see myself doing for the rest of my like." "I will probably be weed eating until I'm 80 years old," Jason laughs.

When he is not running his day to day operations, he enjoys spending time with his wife and his two sons. He is also a member of St Ignatius Church Orthodox Church in Franklin, Tn.
