This is just a nice one time grass cut with general weed pulling if I missed anything major a couple weeks ago. I am out of town and we just moved ,and we are having our final inspection on the rental to be turned back over to remax.

Need front and side yard mowed and edges trimmed. A small section in the back yard also needs to be mowed the edges trimmed. It is gated, but not locked. I have been out of town since my last mow and need help getting it caught up.

Back fence has to be opened from the back so please call before coming so we can open it and have the dogs put in the house. Any debri from cutting has to go with service.
