This appointment didn’t happen. He reached out to me and asked me to cancel the appointment so he could service the following week. I canceled the appointment but the follow up service never came. It took until after the next scheduled appointment 2 weeks later for him to tell me he still couldn’t come (only because I asked.) I understand he had health issues, but now I’ve got an overgrown lawn that hasn’t been serviced in over a month with very little communication. The work was done well when it happened. Unfortunately it just hasn’t happened.

How many years have you been in landscaping business, and what inspired you to get started?
Medlyn Services has been in business for almost five years but I have been doing landscaping since I was a young man when my father taught me how to mow the lawn. I have always loved the outdoors and always wanted to be working in the outdoors. With a construction background and a need to spend more time at home, the landscape business was just as a natural transition to the changing seasons of Utah.
How does your work stand out from other lawn service companies in the area?
Landscaping and Maintenance gives us a chance to create and maintain quality landscape that our customers will enjoy while our customers spend more time doing what they love to do.
What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
We love what we do, so you can do what you love and we do it at competitive prices.
What do you like most about the lawn care industry?
Being in the green industry in Northern Utah gives us the chance to see an up-close look at the beautiful changing seasons throughout the year. As the seasons' change, so does the work we do. What a great way to enjoy the outdoors.

Our service area: West Jordan, South Jordan, Herriman, Riverton, Bluffdale, Sandy, Draper, Eagle Mountain, Saratoga Springs, Lehi, American Fork, Highland, Alpine.
