I was wondering if anyone could do yard clean up. There is a lot of leaves & tree branches in front and back yard. After clean up I would like the lawn cut once a month. Please send me quotes if this can be done. Thank you!

Yard is fenced but gate is open. The grass hasn’t been edged or mowed this season. About 50% is around 10-12 inches but not thick. I have some tree branches in the yard but it doesn’t have to be mowed in that area.

This is a duplex, we are the property management company.

First service - weeds pulling, opened patches seeding, dead palm branches removing. After that bi-weekly lawn moving.

I would like crisp edging and overgrowth encroaching on driveway concrete trimmed back to borders at driveway especially.

Make sure to cut the backyard too… you can open the gate fence at the back or side but make sure to close it coz i have a dog inside
