Can't review on actual lawn service but can on communication. 1/10. Based on the lack thereof, I asked to be taken off of the route. He was asking things about a lawn that wasn't mine, on a date that wasn't when I was supposed to have a service, which confused me on whether he was at my property or not (my rental property), he never confirmed the actual service for my property and the day of my scheduled service, he didn't confirm an ETA by 5pm. I had to reach out to him and never got a response. From there I asked to be taken off his route due to lack of communication and the response I got was, "no problem". Not an apology, not anything. I'm sure he's a decent guy and people have bad days but the bar for basic communication is on the floor. I hope this changes that for future clients.

I will spend about 30% more time on my yards than other providers making sure I get it right. I use a powered edge and then fine-tuning with a hand edge. I will also double mow if necessary. And I bag all of my clippings.
I would choose a lawn care provider that offers on time dependable service.
What I like most about the industry is providing a dependable service people can count on. At the end of the day I see the finish product.
