While decent with communication in the evenings, Randy couldn't be bothered to contact me and advise directly that he no longer services this area. Instead, I start getting quotes from GP, and then a message stating he's canceled all appointments. This is after marking the first visit complete, sending a picture of someone else's house in a different neighborhood entirely, forcing me to protest it to avoid being charged. Disgusted by the lack of service from Randy, as well as the service failure of every single vendor on this service.
