He edges first, then mows, so that when he blows everything off, it goes into the part that was edged. Looks sloppy. And, he misses spots. Changes dates, then cancelled last minute with absolutely no notice or call after acknowledging that service could be completed. I had to contact him. Said he has to go out of town to take care of something. That’s fine, but he should let customers know, so they’re not expecting him. Now, I’ll have to pay extra because the lawn has overgrown.
