The lawn is patchy with several trees to work around. There is a large wooden fence around the back yard, a small fence side yard and an open front yard. There are small rocks in the yard from the previous tenant, but I've mowed over them with any problem

There's a gate in the back, there's a sewage grinder in the back on the fence that can just be trimmed around. In the future, I would perhaps want shrub pruning and leaf removal. Right now, the grass just needs to be mowed b/c the last person stopped.

I need bi-weekly scheduled lawn mow, edge, and blow on a 3200 sq ft lot which includes the front, sides and backyard. Artificial grass near pool area are excluded.

My lawn has a lot of weeds, I haven't touched it in a while, so it needs pre or post emergent, fertilizer, and later cut. If everything goes well, subsequent mowing every 2 weeks.
