I've been mowing and maintaining lawns for over two years. I launched Songbird Grounds Co. because I saw a gap in the market — most lawn care in Lincoln is either unreliable or impersonal. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, I knew how to show up, follow through, and treat people with respect. I wanted to bring that standard to a service people depend on every week.

The Songbird Standard. I show up when I say I will, invoice the same day, and communicate clearly throughout. No chasing me down, no surprises on the bill. Most people have been burned by a service that just stopped showing up — that doesn't happen here.

Ask them what happens when something comes up — weather, equipment, scheduling conflicts. How they answer tells you everything. A professional communicates proactively. If they can't answer that clearly, keep looking.

The immediate result. You show up, you do the work, and a homeowner gets their evening or weekend back. That trade — my labor for their time — feels meaningful every single job.
