Now back yard, front. Weed eat planter bed to left of drive way and to the right of the front door.

The driveway to our back yard is very steep. Going down it is fine, but you'll need a mower with power to get back up it after. We also have a chain link fence surrounding the back yard (no lock,) so property line is pretty clear.

Very small yard, 50 foot across, 5 ft wide on the sides, maybe 15 or 20 feet from street to house and from house to back property line.back yard slopes. House is new, so grass is still pretty new

The back yard fence is the size of a regular door (so, not wide).

Just need a mow every 2 weeks with edging

currently a vacant lot that needs to be mowed& maintained til I build. After home built I will need a regular lawn service.

This will just be for 1904A, the lot that comes up to 9th Avenue. There's a strip of land that goes past the fence in the back to the alley and that will need to be mowed and hit with the weedeater as well.

The gate can be difficult to open so one of us would need to be home when you mow. We also have flower beds in the front that. Need to be mowed around.
